Refund policy
RETURN & REFUND POLICY – BESLF
At BESLF, all products are made-to-order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is custom printed for individual orders, we follow a strict return and refund policy.
1. NO GENERAL RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Change of mind after placing the order
- Minor color or design variation due to screen differences
- Any non-defective custom product
Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.
2. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG PRODUCT
We only provide replacement or refund if:
- The product is damaged
- The product is defective
- You receive the wrong product
3. CLAIM REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY)
To be eligible for a claim:
- You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery
- You must provide a clear unboxing video (starting before opening the package)
- You must provide supporting images of the issue
⚠️ Claims without proper proof will not be accepted.
4. REPLACEMENT POLICY
If your claim is approved:
- We will provide a replacement of the same product
- Replacement timelines depend on product availability and fulfillment processing
5. REFUND POLICY
Refunds are issued only if:
- Replacement is not possible
- The issue is verified and approved
Refund method:
- Prepaid orders → Refunded to original payment method
- COD orders → Refunded via UPI or bank transfer
6. ORDER CANCELLATION
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed for printing
- Once the order enters production, it cannot be cancelled
7. RTO (RETURN TO ORIGIN) / FAILED DELIVERY
Orders will not be refunded if they are returned due to:
- Customer refusal
- Customer not available
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Failure to accept COD order
Re-shipping may be possible at additional cost, subject to availability.
8. REVERSE PICKUP
- Reverse pickup will be arranged only after claim approval
- In certain cases, reverse shipping charges may apply
9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
- Delays caused by courier partners or external factors are beyond our control
