Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY – BESLF

At BESLF, all products are made-to-order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is custom printed for individual orders, we follow a strict return and refund policy.


1. NO GENERAL RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Change of mind after placing the order
  • Minor color or design variation due to screen differences
  • Any non-defective custom product

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.


2. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG PRODUCT

We only provide replacement or refund if:

  • The product is damaged
  • The product is defective
  • You receive the wrong product

3. CLAIM REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY)

To be eligible for a claim:

  • You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery
  • You must provide a clear unboxing video (starting before opening the package)
  • You must provide supporting images of the issue

⚠️ Claims without proper proof will not be accepted.


4. REPLACEMENT POLICY

If your claim is approved:

  • We will provide a replacement of the same product
  • Replacement timelines depend on product availability and fulfillment processing

5. REFUND POLICY

Refunds are issued only if:

  • Replacement is not possible
  • The issue is verified and approved

Refund method:

  • Prepaid orders → Refunded to original payment method
  • COD orders → Refunded via UPI or bank transfer

6. ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed for printing
  • Once the order enters production, it cannot be cancelled

7. RTO (RETURN TO ORIGIN) / FAILED DELIVERY

Orders will not be refunded if they are returned due to:

  • Customer refusal
  • Customer not available
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failure to accept COD order

Re-shipping may be possible at additional cost, subject to availability.


8. REVERSE PICKUP

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged only after claim approval
  • In certain cases, reverse shipping charges may apply

9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Delays caused by courier partners or external factors are beyond our control
