SHIPPING POLICY – BESLF

At BESLF, all products are made-to-order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner. This means every item is specially prepared after you place your order.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)
  • Once your order is processed, it is sent for printing and packaging

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME

  • Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days after dispatch
  • Total estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Your location
  • Courier service availability
  • External factors beyond our control

3. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout
  • Free shipping may be available on select orders or minimum cart value

4. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

  • COD is available on eligible orders
  • Orders may be confirmed via call or WhatsApp before dispatch
  • Failure to confirm may result in order cancellation

Customers are requested to keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

5. ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect

6. DELIVERY DELAYS

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partners
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Unexpected logistical issues

However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.

7. FAILED DELIVERY / RTO

Orders may be returned to origin (RTO) if:

  • Customer is unavailable
  • Incorrect or incomplete address is provided
  • Customer refuses to accept the order

In such cases:

  • No refund will be issued
  • Re-shipping may be done at an additional cost

8. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

9. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

In some cases, orders with multiple items may be shipped separately depending on availability.
